That’s actually a very disturbing back-story for a villain.

So Monty, you’re basing him on your own dentist then (May 10, 2012)

Actually I think it’s interesting the way Meddick re-visits ideas. I wonder if he realizes that he does it? Does he remember he’s already done a dentist who was inspired by Hermey & he just expects that no one else will remember? Or with all the thousands of strips he’s drawn and thought about drawing, perhaps he forgets

This is a disturbing amount of effort on Monty’s part. Methinks he doth project too much.

Monty probably flunked out of a Creative Writing Workshop and is now trying desperately to get even!

Somehow, I think Monty is crossing into the plot of Toy Story.
