Reminding myself that since Zack is trying to portray “Fake News” – to get the “real news” message he is actually conveying, you can negate (add “not” to) whatever he is saying.

so yesterday: “The government is NOT just trying to keep us safe.”

& today: “Online fact-checkers are NOT always objective and reliable.”

On-line fact checkers do the best they can to de-escalate the promulgation of lies. However, you have to use reliable fact checkers. Anybody can call themselves a fact checker in the same way that any opinionated talk show host can call himself a news source.
