It happens to all of us at some point. We all take a misstep. Granted we don’t all fall into a creek, but I recall falling down a flight of stairs at church when my knee went out. Haul yourself out of the water and just roll with it.
Thankfully the leaves are still green, so the water isn’t too cold. We had the first snowflakes yesterday an got a little white sheet on the outside over night (in Schleswig-Holstein)

Today’s strip reminded me of a famous scene in “The Lion King” where Timon, Pumbaa and Simba make a similar crossing but no one falls.
