Happened once where my Nat’l Guard unit went to lunch. One of us parked in each of the spaces to either side of the offender, so unless he could levitate his car and spin it, there was no way that he could leave until we did. The manager came over and asked us to move the cars and our response was sure – just as soon as we finished our lunch.
To this day, over 47 years since my father passed away, I remember how he would shake his head and exclaim “That’s so antisocial!” when he would see a car parked over the line in a parking lot, thereby taking up two spaces.

Well don’t gripe about. Get sheriff to write him a parking ticket.

Are they really “parked” if they’re not tied to a hitching post?

Someone doesn’t want to have his new horse scratched or dented.

It is harder to back a horse up into a spot and ties up traffic, but safer than backing out into an express wagon.

Don’t key the poor horse. It’s not his fault.
