Mashed potatoes with creamed spinach and a soft fried egg. My Dad loved that combination, and I wouldn’t have minded each of those separately as a child – but everything on one plate? I got sick from the view alone.

The hubs loves sardines. I have to leave the room, or the smell will make me puke. UGH!

Sardines are good. Fried pork rinds aren’t bad either.
