Are they headed toward “Player Piano” or “The Culture?”

Robots are great, no payroll, no sick days, no vacation time, no Social Security or unemployment costs, no pensions, etc. The perfect way to maximize profit. . Unfortunately, no people have any money to buy your products.

Robots are a lot of fun. Once you get them all set up to do things on their own you can take it easy and watch them work, until you’re redundant enough to be fired. Which you will be.

Ewwww! One of ‘em just stepped on Bleeb!

Wait… nope, nope, there he is, there he is! Never mind… he’s okay!

Careful Bleeb, or you’ll wind up as a wad of gum on the bottom of someones sneakers!

Wait… do robots even wear sneakers?

Wait… do we still call ‘em sneakers?

Sorry, didn’t mean to ramble, the Redbull just kicked in!

He’s talking almost like the robots aren’t even there (right there) – how inhumane.

Why are there both “one eye” and “two eye” robots? Wouldn’t the two eye robots have an advantage because of binocular vision?

So, Bleeb’s got his arms up like he’s playing. He obviously can’t spike the ball so I guess he is planning on setting one up. While he’s got his little alien mind on the game, Dalcon approaches from his right flank with what might be some kind of weapon.

    Spike the ball, Bleeb!

Is Dalcon a spectator or interloper?
