I’m surprised that the seagull is using one of Amelia’s sayings.

So are they going to find out that they live near the lost city of Atlantis? Pieces keep washing ashore

The column amongst the rocks in the first panel. Subliminal dream-like symbolism? Or just washed up debris.

I still sometimes dream that there are 45 years worth of newspapers stacked up at Frank’s gas station waiting for me to deliver!

Not quite gonna live up to Wallace’s fantasy!

Now I want to hear this dream too.

Why does everyone think being a talking ladle is strange? I was a cartoon moose once – trying to fight off Minnesota Lake Piranha.

I’m so relieved! I thought that I was the only one that had the talking ladle dream!

What kind of dream is happening in the middle panel? I mean, a talking gull? Come on!

The Seagull’s been hanging around Amelia too long, for realzies. Next, he’ll be saying “radishes.”
