Patty sits on the floor in the living-room playing with her doll. She looks over at Charlie Brown by the windows, as he looks outside and says, "Gee, I'm glad it's raining today..."<BR><BR> She watches from nearby as he sits in the chair with a book and continues, "Now, I can stay inside and read."<BR><BR> She stands in front of him and asks, "Couldn't you stay inside and read even if it wasn't raining?" He replies, "No..."<BR><BR> He concludes, "Whenever the sun is shining, I feel obligated to play outside!"<BR><BR>
