I’ve always wanted to experience Christmas Down Under. I hate the cold short and gray days of winter. I like to celebrate Winter Solstice, I know the days can’t get any shorter.
I guess the Qpublicans gave up on their fake “War on Christmas”, and now they have progressed to ANOTHER LIE, that of the “Supply Chain Shortage”. If there IS a supply chain shortage, it sure as hell hasn’t shown up anywhere around here in southern Kentucky, where ALL the store shelves are fully stocked!
The weather guessers aren’t calling it yet, but Portland, OR might have a white xmas. Freezing weather projected with a possibility of precipitation Tuesday (13th) through New Year’s.
My loving recently deceased wife wanted to have Christmas in July this year because last year it was “cancelled” due to Covid but she died in March and it didn’t happen.
I thought about this as I was trudging through the snow to shop for Christmas presents and to get to the post office. Roads snowy and icy and stores that don’t take care of their parking lots. Why can’t we have Christmas in summer so I can stay snuggled in the house in winter. So looking forward to summer!!

And we Northern Hemisphere people will learn what those who live in the Southern Hemisphere put up with every year.

Was Rudolph pixilated and the NFT was pixelated or vice versa?

That explains why all the outdoor Christmas Decorations were gone on Black Friday and beyond. I guess I can buy them in June.

Why June 23? June 25 would be more accurate, and it will also be a Saturday.

Freebird as a Christmas song ! I think not !

But Jerimiah is a bullfrog, he sings “Joy to World”, not Free Bird.

Wouldn’t “The Weight” be more appropriate? At least Nazareth receives a mention. Different Nazareth, but still…

Christmas without presents is still Christmas. It’s not the “bought” that counts.

Christmas is celebrating Christs’ birth so the day can’t change, has nothing to do with gifts or toys.

I doubt we’ll have snow this Christmas, either. We aren’t supposed to be having forest fires and red-flag days in December!

It’s only fair that the southern hemisphere gets to have Christmas in winter now and then.

This might be optimistic. The PlayStation 5 has been in short supply since before last Christmas. I doubt that’ll clear up before summer.

Good taste with “Free Bird” in the last panel. But Christmas being delayed? NOOOO! Ha.
