This actually happened to me. My GP stuck a scalpel in my nose to remove a bcc and enough of my blood squirted over his clean white shirt that he had to change.
Is this doctor about to perform surgery or muder the person on the table? I would say his scalpel technique needs a little work. That is a very awkward grip for making incisions it seems to me.
