My kids ate a lot of food that today would be considered bad for them. (I didn’t know that then) It was an after school snack. But they never got chubby because they played outside almost all the time…they got LOTS of exercise! :-)
Somewhere under this all too solid flesh lies the lean muscular 19 old I tell others I used to be. The older I get, the better I used to be.
If I could do that, I would give myself a list of all the people who would get in my way so I could make suitable arrangements to circumvent them.
