Poor Fluffy hasn’t learned how to be a cat.

Oh Fluffy – don’t borrow trouble. Worry is a thief of time; it steals away your joy in the moment, leaving nothing but dread for the moments to come.

Why think small? Go big or go home.

A friend confessed that they were wrapped around the axle with things that happened in the past. I suggested that they take 10 minutes and write exactly what they did today to cause them to beat themself up. Then take it outside and burn it. Then take a 20 minute walk and observe everything around them. Narrate what they see. They said they needed to stay close to the loo. They could “think beautiful thoughts”. I said no thinking allowed. Observe only. Thinking is what got you where you were. The light finally shone through the marble.

He could use some guidance.
