Reminds me of a scene from the Amos ’n Andy TV show. Kingfish asks Andy how many feet are in a yard. Andy replies “It depends on how many people are standing in the yard”.

My wife and I were in an elevator at a hotel last month, then another guy looked to get in, and we said, ‘sure’. Once the three of us were in I couldn’t help but to say, “well, we do have six feet between us”.
