when I lived on the 20 acres , I would fill the washer as a clothes hamper …… when it was full , turn it on ..when it stopped I hung everything on the line…. when I needed a shirt or pants , I went out to the line …..sheets smelled great
There’s so much talk this time of year about being nice for several weeks to fool somebody who does not exist. We should extend this to the whole year or is that too much to ask?

As a kid, dropping dirty clothes down the chute to the basement was fun. Getting stuck in the chute, not so much.
