    Nobody, but nobody, leaves a cooked roast out on the kitchen counter when there are animals in the house. I guess Koko and Sakura’s owner is one of those comics stooges who never learn from experience. I thought better of him; he’s not Dagwood Bumstead, after all.

    No matter how long I leave my dog’s nails, she never makes noise walking on tile or any hard surface. It is as if she floats. Not sure how she does it.

    We lost our Sunday pot roast to our little dog. I never realized that large of a piece of meat would fit inside such a little dog. We have a picture of him laying down looking like a snake that had eaten a water buffalo.
