A couple weeks ago, on an actual Monday my assistant manager came in to work and asked how my day had been. I told her it’d been a long week. She pointed out it was 2:30 in the afternoon on a Monday. All i could say was I know, and that it had still been a long week.
I retired 4 years ago … I and most of my retired friends actually do forget what day of the week it is. We have Sunday, then first Saturday, then second Saturday etc.
