I am so glad my parents back in the 60s did not mess around with that naught/nice list garbage. Of course, they expected good behavior anyway.

Being selfish and expecting presents is “bad”, albeit typical of the consumer culture.

Being good is hard if everything you do is seen as bad as someone. It’s hard to be the boss. ..until payday.
