Oh Ziggy back pain for me every single day too. I feel for you.

We once had a case of a woman who fell from a 5th floor window. Her bed was right up against it. We don’t know if it was a suicide, or if she literally got up on the wrong side of the bed!

for the last couple of months Ziggy I know exactly what you mean. I’ve had to learn to sneak up on the day – very slowwwwly! Good news, it works!

I literally have to be careful to get up on the right side of the bed every morning to avoid a “back surprise”.

Ow is right! I’ve had 3 falls in the last 2 months, all landing on my back :( CT scan showed a wedge compression in my lower spine. Seeing our doctor next week to discuss what can be done sigh

I had lower back surgery several years ago. It cured my sciatica. Degenerative disk disease runs in my family. Mom had it. My children and grandchildren also have it. Prayers for all affected.
