How’s Katy’s back? It looked like she was in pain yesterday.

Maybe some Doc’s Nuclear coffee would do the trick!

Again I must ask: Who gets to decide what is a legitimate yoga move/pose? Some international committee? Can you not make new poses? Are people still using the same moves as back in, I don’t know, the middle ages?

I used a purse when in the Navy (part of uniform back in the day) and what I called a diaper bag when my kids wore them. Other than that, I just stick my wallet, and in this modern era my phone, in my pockets.

Some of those poses will break a guy. Yoga’s like poker. You gotta know when to old ‘em, when to fold ‘em, when to walk away, and when to run.

I can relate. I love to play with my grandkids on the floor but getting up is a chore.

I might be in pain while I’m working with all the lifting and stretching that my job requires, but its manageable

It’s after I’m done and I sit down to relax that the severe stiffness sets in

I get up and move around at least once an hour, half an hour is better but I get sidetracked by the comics

Maybe Adam should quit humoring the kids. Or maybe realize he isn’t one anymore.
