    Not a bad interpretation of the problem facing our average infantry guys though- high tech is a heavy load, especially above 12,000 feet in Afghanistan.

    I thought it interesting that the Chinese are using thermal scanners to check for travelers w/ fevers. Seems reasonable to me.

    unless of course you want to repeat atrocities (that is probably not spelled right) that were done to other cultures. Smallpox and the american indians come to mind.
