Asking for help can be hard, and it’s important to know what to ask for and whom to ask for help, because sometimes even harder to bear is the rejection and or ignorance. I probably need better friends :)
Asking for help strengthens bonds between people more than offering help does, even small requests like “can you reach that for me,” “can I borrow your notes,” “can you look over this memo,” etc. It’s something to remember when you resist reaching out.
