The helmet will not help. Either the bowler will take your helmet off so that you will roll or the bowler will have to loft you over half way down the court so that you will make it to the pins – making your “landing” even more concussive.

Is that helmet PBA approved?
And the bracket on the front can be used as a handle, so no fingers in the eyes or mouth.
