The first thing Shaw asks when I call with this question is “Are your connections tight?” The connections don’t move, there is nothing to jar them loose, not even cats or doggos. I can see the connection coming loose if it is in a moving environment and not tightened down, but when there is no stress and nobody playing I don’t see how that can happen. And with HDMI there is no coming loose unless it is being pulled upon. Sometimes I question the intelligence of some customer service people.
