One pill makes you larger, and one pill makes you small

And the ones that mother gives you, don’t do anything at all

Isn’t there a pill for everything these days?

If such a pill existed and worked, and if everyone took it, then everyone would be the greatest – which would either not really be true because it would be a contradiction, or everyone would not only be the greatest, everyone would also be the worst – everyone would be the same as everyone else.
