At my last job before I retired, they had a commercial coffeemaker that stored used Kcups inside. Emptying it out fell to whomever was next after the light went on.
I had one of those Kuerig® machines at my home in Florida and subscribed to one of those coffee clubs that you could order a wide variety of different K-cup coffees and teas from.
My major two gripes were that the machine never made a large enough cup of coffee to suit me and that the little plastic containers were not eco-friendly.
I now have gone back to buying bags of excellent eco-friendly coffee and using recycled paper filters. Oh, and I then used the coffee grounds as part of the mulch for my plants.
