Eileen has always been his match. And he loves it.

I wonder how long he was there. If each space duel took 30 seconds, it would be just over 7 hours. I know the number is not meant to be taken seriously, but I did the math anyway. I don’t think Jason is a glutton for punishment or that enamored with the game, he is convinced he will beat Eileen one of these days.

He hasn’t fully recognized his crush yet.

All Jason cares about is Eileen has a console he wants but will never have. So the indignity of spending time with her AND losing is worth it to him. Andy needs to have a good talk with her son.
