April is going to be 2 years old in 8 days. Wouldn’t a 2-year-old dog be the equivalent of a 14-year-old teenager?

I’m glad Liz and Connie are watching.

Kids that age can seriously injure pets.

And that speaks volumes.

This is cute because dogs love children!

Sweet. I still play with my dogs with the same joy and abandon. I love them : )

Oddly enough, though neither kid can really talk, they can understand each other quite well. What the heck happens to adults?

She just said that her little sister had the mentality of an overactive puppy.

Where is the other dog? Did the Pattersons send Farley to the dog fights?

Will Elly sell April to Connie?

Maybe April needs her own puppy to play with.

How come comments about eating the puppy were considered racist, yet there were future strips where Elizabeth bought the rabbit, and jokes were made about eating that? Are Michael and Uncle Dan racists too?
