The game has gotten too big and greedy for its own good. What used to be a sport has now become a mega-million dollar business strictly for the benefit of the owners and overpaid players. When the dust …. or confetti …. settles, what actual difference does it make which of the 32 teams ends up hoisting the trophy in February? They will start over again next September… and the following…. ad nauseum. If you want to enjoy what football is supposed to be, go watch your local high school games where the kids play for the love of the sport, and a hot dog won’t cost you an arm and a leg.
