The last time I looked at stationary bikes, I absolutely had to subscribe to their online workout service in order to purchase the bike. I don’t need it. I don’t want it. So I did not purchase.
Just more companies who do not listen to their potential customers. My observation is they also staff their sales front line with people who don’t know the product and read off a script.
Up here in BC I thought that I would need something like that, either a bike or a rowing machine or a treadmill. Turns out three Labrador/Newfie mixes who don’t care about the weather will do the trick with their walkies. Wanna lose weight? Get a dog.
ME TOO! i love walking in the woods with my dog and rollerblading during the Spring, Summer, and Fall. during the Winter my dog, which is a Dachshund, and i are limited to where we can walk, especially since areas are not cleared adequately and i have no room for an exercise bike

A good hot summer stretch of the legs will sweat off a pound or so! 8^ )

She could get an exercise bike, something relatively simple like an Airdyne. No need to spend thousands on a Peloton.

You can lose a couple of pounds more if you shed your clothes, Janis. And I’m sure Arlo would help with the instant gratification after you do.

Hey. Janis. Keep in mind that winter clothes weigh more than summer clothes.

Summer heat and humidity turn me into a lifeless mass of cells with still functioning vital organs!

The pounds will drop when they thaw out…

Is Janis really suggesting that going walking in summer will make her lose weight immediately? Seems extremely doubtful.
