I dont have a cell phone or a land line, if work wants to call me they have to call my wife’s phone
We only have about 3 hours a day that we’re both up before I go to work, its a narrow window
I dont answer her phone while she’s sleeping and she won’t wake me early for anything less than an emergency

The last 15 years I worked I was a programmer and most of the time was on call 24-7 every few weeks. It was so fun getting out of bed at 3AM and trying to save the production jobs that had blown up.
