    I’ve had “fall training” as apart of our customer safety training. Hanging upside down for extended periods of time can cause injury. I think he’s just trying to get more lift for his hair.

    All the more reason to purchase a Teeter Dex ii. It hold onto your upper leg and allows you to hang with your knees bent. It does not strain your ankles and knees AND it has handles to help you right yourself.

    Well, Good Luck Adam… I took a yoga class once where we were doing chair inversions… is using folding chairs to help us maintain an upside down position. The next morning I woke up to very dark circles under my eyes !! A bit disconcerting
