I climbed a hill about that high and far away, though a bit steeper, back in my younger days, on a dare – a race between me and another odds-on favorite (I won – but that’s neither here nor there). When I arrived at the top, heaving for air and craving water, I pulled out the beer I’d carried with me for the occasion. And I cried. I wanted water. I wanted to drink in delicious cool pure water. And all I had was a beer.
Now if I’d had water and a beer, now that might have been a different story.

You won’t reach the top unless you have a way to cross that river…

If you empty the bottle, please carry it out.

Alcohol and high elevation isn’t a good combo. But it’s a comic strip.

Beautiful artwork, as well as obvious affection from the doggie.

Would the dog even WANT the bourbon? Has this been a problem in the past?

Somehow this doesn’t make sense to me. I’d trade the bourbon for Irish and enjoy it when we got home, in front of the fire.

Beautiful art – but this mountain has green at higher elevations, and snow at lower elevations?

Love it! The dog would choose the treats anyway. Have a fun ramble, you two!

The dog don’t care about the booze, just give him the treats and you got him for life.
