I always thought Over The Hedge was just being punny about that, but apparently some people really do get confused XD

Reptiles have scales and skin that is dry and are born with lungs while amphibians have moist skin which they keep from drying up with mucus and they are born with gills not lungs.

Umm, guys… TURTLES ARE REPTILES!!
