Bald eagles are also quite content to scavenge which is sadly the demise of many when they consume the carcass of an animal some idiot has poisoned. It happens quite frequently when hunters decide foxes kill too much of the prey the hunter wants to shoot. Turkeys in our area. Quite often we see eagles flying with vultures when they are circling. We call it eagle slumming.

It is just a dumb toon!
