My Mum recently made a Coconut and Lime cake and it was one of the best things I’ve ever had. Sweet but also tangy from the lime juice.

I’m pretty sure my Mum used to say that as well. I’m sure that having one child is challenging enough. Can you imagine two of me? Not worth thinking about. Haha.

I’m meeting up with a friend tomorrow and I am praying we won’t have any more storms this week. We’ve had Storm Arwen, Malik, Dudley, Eunice and Franklin. If there was ever a storm named after me, it would be the most weakest, pathetic storm with the same strength as a random gust of wind. But even so, I wouldn’t mind a storm named after me at all.

50 pounds is about my limit, but I’ve never done weights at a gym. Most of the time, I lift cheeses in sets of 6, about 40 pounds, or less.
