I remember an episode of MASH where the unit was trying to get an incubator. They tracked down the quartermaster and told him “You have three. Can’t we have one?” The quartermaster replied, “If I give you one, then I’ll only have two.”
I don’t have an issue with some people having more than others as long as everybody has enough.
