It’s not Lent until Wednesday, Nate! Splurge on meat! I think Louie would be happy eating the whole sandwich, but perhaps there is wisdom to not giving a dog coleslaw — especially if you’re going spend a lot of time in the same room as the dog.

Sort of like Jack Nicholson’s chicken salad on whole wheat toast, and hold the chicken.

If you go to a cafe enough they may name the sandwich after you.
