Yeah, there are times …. Especially when faced with a plain salad. And as much as I love a really good salad, sometimes the dog’s dinner looked better.
well Fred, like the grass being greener in another yard, sometimes it about envy of what’s in the other’s bowl!
In my college days, my pets usually ate better than I did.
Back in the day, the advertising for a brand of catfood was so alluring that I just had to try a taste.
Put some cajun shrimp or chicken plus shoestring frys on that salad with ranch dressing :-) …. Garlic toast also !
Hopefully for Mr. Dear, that’s just the appetizer

When I was an undergrad, a couple guys I knew wrote a cookbook based on kibble. Probably more nutritious than cafeteria food.
Not sure why, but I read the first line as “Dodgydins”, wondering why Fred was so excited about something dodgy. Then I re-read it.
Fred has his dog food and Mr Dear is getting rabbit food.
Absolutely!!! NEVER eat food’s food.
Some canned dog foods don’t look too bad. Butt they still don’t smell good. (I smell everything before I eat it.)
