I read that when I was 12, I got so annoyed with those girls that I never finished the book. They were so smarmy.
It could be worse. The book could be called “Little Women; A Novel” when it’s obvious what it is all about and what the item is. ;-D
Louisa May Alcott would likely be just as okay with Verne getting hit for saying that “Little Women” is about “Little. – Women”.
Some times when you are just starting a book, you go with the obvious.
When the reply to the question “What’s the title?” has to come with a [SPOILER ALERT].
I was supposed to read that a long time ago, but I could never find anything in there to relate to.
I hate it when movies cram the whole movie into their trailers.
They weren’t that little. Not like midgets or whatnot.
I’d be fine with a midget version. They’d bring new life to it, I’m sure.
You may as well hit me with that book too. I just couldn’t understand why anyone read it.
Maybe a whole library full of books would not help.
Try reading the follow-up novel, Little Men.
Is it just me ? Verne appears to be laying on snow. At least it’s white on my screen.
