I think that’s definitely the face of someone who pulled it off.

I’m sure you did great.

If you can remember it without a sense of horror and impending doom, then you either did well, or did not.

I know I’m preaching to the choir, but the real concern is ‘the edit’ that actually airs. I spent nearly have a century in television production and I steer away from ‘opportunities’ to be on-camera. You WILL be cut down to three or four words to fit a sound bite.

Oh you definitely “pulled it off” Amanda! I applaud you! LOVED seeing you and Dan in person. To bad the cats couldn’t have been there. Bet your parents were proud too!

First day of the first teaching job at the community college, I was so nervous, I couldn’t stand without my knees shaking. So I sat on the desk and just conversed with the class. The next night I was fine.

My musical coconspirator and I were on a local UHF station amateur show in the early 70s. It did not influence our career trajectory. On the good side it didn’t make it worse.
