Doubtless within the first few days after Biden’s inauguration, Putin dusted off his plans to invade Ukraine that he had to put away when President Trump was elected. Oh yeah, you can bet that Ukraine would already have belonged to Putin had Hillary been elected. Putin had hundreds of millions in Russian dollars in the Clinton fund to insure that.
