MLB is reliable, they lockout the players on a regular basis & the billionaires that own the teams claim they’re too poor to pay them & too poor to build their own ballparks & demand the taxpayers build them!

Many people have been so focused on winning and fame and money, that they lost sight of the spirit of the game.

My divorce from MLB is final, I am now free. For me, real baseball ended in 1972.

Tell me why millionaires need a union…..and a share in the profits….and a retirement plan…….and health benefits. We have to see how the attendance and TV ratings are this season….zzzzzzzz.

I think I’ve watched a sum total of three full games since the Roberto Alomar incident. And that was because my company used to do a group outing to a baseball game every year.

The acronym MLB includes both owners, and players, and neither care about anything but $$$$$$, their money which comes from your money.

Can’t say I agree about the union. The MLB minimum is in the Hundreds of Thousands. Short career? Weak argument. Lack of marketable skills because they dedicated themselves to their sport? With a little money management a “failed” athlete can be set for life……I know one……
