I can SO relate to this one Amanda. Of course at my age I should and do know what those things are, I just can’t remember what the word is to describe them….the circle of life.
(I don’t mean this sarcastically) I feel educated! I always thought that a panel above the window was a “valance”. I didn’t know that there was a distinct word depending upon material(s) used.
