They should do what my parents did. When my oldest brother was born, my dad finished college and got his job and my mom would take care of the baby, and when my dad got home my mom would go work and my dad would take care of him.

I watched the baby when he was younger, now we both work from home and the little one is kindergarten. So we take turns.
