Back in my high school days we’d call that an “Ag-shop” project. Repair, reupholster, sell.

When I used to be employed as a Salvation Army donation trailer attendant, there would even be furniture — good or bad condition as well as disassembled without assembly manuals — at the unattended unit. Not very wise. One attendant just cannot put an arm chair or even a sofa by himself. Not to mention there are no wall-mounting straps.

You have to admire the boys’ ingenuity.
