My daughter gave me an Amazon package today containing a Home Piercing kit, turns out it was for my 18 year old Granddaughter, and yeah, I didn’t remember ordering it…

Lost my trust in Amazon with my last order :-(

Every time a an Amazon package arrives, I have to check the credit card statement to be sure no unauthorized charges have been made.

About 95% of packages here are things my wife ordered or things I ordered for her – like the much delayed SunBurst light fixture for the seedling structure. It’s almost time to transplant outside.

I know what the package is when it gets here, but often can’t remember when I balance the bank account.

Somehow, I managed to sleep shop once. Opened a parcel and it was an Eevee handbag. Which I love, and had planned to buy eventually, but I don’t remember ordering it! And hubs loves that I sleep bought him a game.. but got the wrong machine LOL!

He used it for credit at the local EB :)

The only reason I do any business with Amazon is that they are timely with deliveries, can manage my hellish driveway and shipping is usually free. IF I can’t find it anywhere else, Amazon usually has it tho annoyingly at twice the price.

Until Amazon treats it’s employees better they’ll never see another nickel from us. Watch what they do to the employees who voted to Unionize in Staten Island.

I’m convinced that this is the real reason for Amazon’s popularity.

I’ve never had any problems with Amazon. Since I only order books that might be a factor. Still a good company.

Worse, you ordered it yesterday.

I bought a hose reel at Walmart.com yesterday at 4:30 pm. They didn’t have one a the store 2 miles from me but did have at a store 30 miles away. I checked free delivery and got it 9:30 am today from a distribution center 40 miles away.Don’t tell Pete or AOC.

To be fair – husband’s BIL owns one of the Amazon “own your own company and deliver for us” which is located at a local Amazon “land mile delivery” warehouse.

The delivery people have to deliver at least 250 packages a day and get what is basically minimum wage here.
