Hinds had this strip ready to go before Rodgers decided to stay in GB and the Russell Wilson to Denver action made Rodgers page 2 news anyhow.

Nonetheless, TB12 is the guy who stole all the spotlight the past few days; putting March madness on the back burner and definitely shook up the free agency dinner bell as well with his unretirement announcement likely changing several free agency scenarios. He also made some of the national prognosticators look off the mark about their so called intel into “Tom Brady’s inner circle”, especially the ones that pegged him to be a Niner (Mike Florio) or having a major rift with Bruce Arians (Scott Pioli). No one saw him going back to Tampa but I bet he cut a sweet deal to franchise himself, his wife and their products via Man United and their global connections. Would not surprise me if the Glazers gave him a percentage of Man U and/or the Bucs as well. Well played Mr Brady, the spotlight is on you again, starting with a coincidental visit to see Ronoldo play for Man U from the Glazer’s luxury box at Old Trafford.

If Aaron Rogers isn’t careful his Brett Farve antics will eventually backfire on him.

The NFL is a master of making publicity to keep fans during the offseason.

Well Brady is coming back after a very short retirement.

Gone unnoticed is that The New York Yankees traded catcher Gary Sanchez.

Watch him burn up the League now that the pressure of New York is off.

I noticed the NFL doing that at least a decade ago, what with speculation about quarterbacks and under-inflated footballs. Quite the application of the PR adage, “There’s no such thing as bad publicity.”

With all the continuous and endless drama and storylines, sorta makes you pine for the days of the quiet dignity of Howard Cosell……
