Sounds like what goes on here. When an apartment goes on notice, it is impossible to get to go see it in person because someone has already claimed it sight unseen. I have to walk through a place to know if I’m going to want to live there. I could never just see one on line and put my deposit down. I want to know what I’m getting into. Guess that’s why I am still in the place I’m at now. ¯\(ツ)/¯

Yes, much of that happening.

Same where I live. People are buying houses way over their asking price and a lot of out of town people are buying them with cash only to try to re-sell at a higher price or rent for an outrageous sum. Then people like me who rent can’t afford to rent because rent prices have gone “through the roof” and have to live in a cardboard box until further notice.

So this is why the birds got angry.
