I suppose Fish can take some comfort in the fact that this was presumably the last Good Hitler movie.
Excluding stories solely for lack of logical consistency violates the suspension of disbelief rule. Not only that but it means that almost no movies, TV shows, books, or public statements by public figures should be tossed.
