My hearing aids make a “dinging” noise in my ear to tell me when they are about to die. When I hear this sound, I know I have around 30-45 minutes to do something about it. My previous hearing aids used batteries that would last for about 7 days, so I always carried extra batteries with me. The new ones are rechargeable. As long as I store them in the charger when I take them out at night, they never die on me.
